Membership in the Agriculture Society
Membership is open to all County residents 18 years of age
and older. If you have an interest in the county, the county fair, 4-H,
or the fairgrounds, we encourage you to become a member of the Agriculture
Society.
Your membership has a voice.

Object:
The object of the Ag society is to promote and encourage agriculture, industry,
science, art and other interest of Clinton County, which the board deems
proper and in the best interest of the community.
Membership:
Any legal resident, age 18 or older, may become a member of this society
by paying annually the membership fees fixed by the board of directors.
Only one membership per person
Membership sale:
Membership will be on sale from Thursday of the fair until Thursday of the
next fair. The membership is in effect from December 1 until November 30.
Voting Rights:
Membership allows you to vote in the annual election of the Board of Directors,
which is held in the office of the board at the fairgrounds on the Third
Tuesday in October of each year from 4:00PM to 8:00PM
Membership annual meeting:
The annual meeting of the members of the Ag society shall be held on the
first Monday in November of each year at 7:30PM. in the EXPO hall office.
Fairboard Monthly meetings:
Regular Fairboard meetings are held at the fairgrounds every first Monday
of the month at 7:30PM in the EXPO hall office, and are open to the public
and guest.
Current Fairboard configuration is made up of 15 directors. Out of the 15 directors, 4 elected directors make up the executive board with a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
