Building storage and rental

The Clinton County Agriculture Society has buildings to rent for parties, receptions and other gatherings. Some facilities are climate controlled for comfort.
Seasonal buildings are available for R.V. and boat storage. This storage will be available starting October 27, 2007 and ends April 5, 2008.

Buildings and Grounds descriptions

Expo Building
Heat and Air-Conditioned

This building can be configured with tables and chairs with a portable stage. A large overhead door 12’x 16’ is located at one end. Off of the main room is a food preparation area with a sink and refrigerator. Restrooms are off the entry hallway. The room dimensions are 60’x 100’. Floral Hall
Heat and Air-Conditioned

This building can be configured with tables and chairs. There is a raised platform along one side. A large overhead door 10’x10’ is located at one end. The building dimensions are 40’x 100’. For more information contact the fair office at (937) 382-4443.


Grand Stand and Pulling track

The grand stand seats approximately 2500 people. For events on the pulling track additional seating can be added in front of the grand stand. There is an announcer booth located adjacent to the pulling track. For more information contact the fair office at (937) 382-4443.


Junior Fair Building

This building can be configured with tables and chairs. It also contains a full kitchen. Two large overhead doors 10’x 10’ is located at either end. The building dimensions are 40’x 80’. For more information contact the fair office at (937) 382-4443.



Livestock Expo Building
Restrooms

This building contains a large show arena with seating. This building features a dirt floor. There are restrooms adjacent to the show arena. Various large overhead doors allow access to the facility. Peterson Building

This building has two large overhead doors 12’x 16’ which are located at both end. This building has a cement floor. The building dimensions are 50’x 80’. For more information contact the fair office at (937) 382-4443.


Sheep Barn

This is a clear spanned building with a black top floor. It has several large overhead doors on all sides. Outside on the back is an attached wash rack for animals. Pens are available upon request. Hog Barn
Seasonal

This building contains a large open middle section with lowered side sections separated by support polls. The building has a concrete floor with a loading dock for stock trailers. The sides have rollup doors and four overhead doors on each end. Pens are available upon request. The building dimensions are 100’x 240’. Fair Grounds
Restrooms

The grounds are available for rent along with any or all of the buildings. Please review our Grounds Rental Policies for more information. For camping there are over 100 lots with water and electric. Electric includes 30 or 50 amp outlets. Showers along with modern restroom are available on the grounds.
